1. Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. Estimated delivery times:
- Local (Pakistan): 3–7 business days
- International: 10–21 business days
3. Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this to monitor your delivery status.
4. Delays zonixstores.com is not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
5. Lost or Damaged Packages If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at zonixstores.helps@gmail.com and we will work to resolve the issue promptly.
6. International Shipping International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for delays due to customs processing.
